ANNUAL QUALITY ASSURANCE QUESTIONNAIRE
We recently conducted an Annual Quality Assurance Questionnaire. The results were outstanding in all areas, ranging from communication, direct support and individuality.
It is apparent from the service users results that we excel in all areas such as, taking into consideration service users different preferences, and ensuring that service users are regarded as individuals and are treated with both Respect and dignity at all times.
Care Managers and external professionals responding to our Annual Quality Assurance Questionnaire all scored our services at 100%.
