Sharon Wheeler - Assistant Home Manager for The Willows. Sharon joined Exalon in 2005 and  has many years of experience working with people with learning disabilities having started her career in 1979 at a mental health hospital. Sharon has an NVQ 3 in Supervisory Management.

Donna Taundry, Registered Home Manager. Donna has had a lifetime of experience working with people with learning disabilities having grown up with both a brother and sister who both had severe learning disabilities. Donna has over 9 years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and associated problems including behaviours that may challenge.
